While I was at it, I made another with a different mood.
Two sisters - same origin, but different. I have not yet made a smaller version of this pattern.
Finally, a week ago, our cherry trees were in bloom - now the surrounding ground is covered in white petals. Now our apple trees are in full pinkish bloom - spring is exploding before our eyes.

Dine "Sisters" er vidunderlige smukke.
God weekend :-).
Your blocks are beautiful. You put my favorite shape into the center and is what I will often do too :o)

Love these blocks...
Du skulle lave mønster på dette Una! Jeg ville da være interesseret. Klem
Love your blocks! I would, however, call them "cousins!" I think sisters would have some of the same colors in them...yet not be twins (or even fraternal twins!) Whoa-we could get the whole family involved! Hah!
Una, these are fantastic! Love your fussy cut details. They both look completely different with the fabrics you picked.
Your new blog header is so beautiful!
I love your blocks! I too am making my own blocks and try to draw them so I can make them with the paperpiecing method. Did you make them by machine or hand?
